Merry Christmas to all of you out there celebrating tomorrow! I always have the grandest intentions every year to do a proper blog on Japan’s Christmas traditions (like illuminations and Christmas cake and KFC … yes, KFC) but I never quite seem to get around to it. From prepping for our annual cookie-making party to the high energy of a Santa-mad toddler, the days in late December just seem to fly by! So I’ll have to take a pass on the blog today and join up with you all again on Friday with my favorite photo of the month.
